Return & Refund Policy

At Fitch and Sons Cutlery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at Masonfitch@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged knives

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Masonfitch@outlook.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
